We will build resilience, communication, and trust so your Little’s inner light shines everywhere they go.

Through reflective coaching and simple, practical tools, I help parents and caregivers strengthen bonds, ease daily transitions, and nurture resilience. Together, we create rhythms of safety and trust that help both children and adults grow and shine.

Every educator deserves support in creating school families where connection, regulation, and light thrive. Through coaching and collaborative practice, I support teachers, teams, and schools to bring Conscious Discipline strategies, routines, and compassion into daily rhythms. Miss Sudnick is a soulful early childhood educator and social-emotional coach with over 30 years of lived experience. She guides Littles, families, and community supporters with heart-led creativity, Conscious Discipline, music, mindfulness, and advocacy — helping children navigate big feelings with brave hearts and shining lights.

Every time a Little breathes deeply instead of shutting down, every time a caregiver softens instead of snapping, every time a child learns their feelings are valid, safe, and sacred — the world shifts toward the light. That is why my light shines.
